Обновление высокоэффективных солнечных модулей от REC и Trina (Solar)

REC: N-Peak Black

Солнечные модули N-Peak Black Series от REC Group теперь достигают выработки в 325 Вт. Солнечные модули на основе фотоячеек n-типа ориентированы на потребителей, которые ценят эстетическую сторону*: чёрная рама, черная подложка и, конечно же, черные монокристаллические солнечные ячейки.

Все модули серии N-Peak используют половинчатые фотоячейки и двойную контактную коробку [на самом деле, даже тройную: три запирающих диода, способствующих эффективной работе при частичном затенении, но токоотводящих кабеля два — прим. переводчика] .

Солнечные модули производятся на заводе полного цикла в Сингапуре (более подробно почитать о производстве можно здесь). Первые поставки планируются в апреле.

Trina Solar: TALLMAX, DUOMAX и Honey black

При представлении новинок Trina Solar сфокусировалась на 72-ячеечных солнечных модулях, обновив четыре из свои серий:

— TALLMAX — высокоэффективная серия модулей;
— DUOMAX — солнечные модули, использующие стекло в качестве задней подложки
— DUOMAX Twin — солнечные модули серии DUOMAX, но использующие двухсторонние солнечные элементы
— Honey black M — «эстетская» серия с чёрными фотоячейками, чёрной полдожкой и черной рамой*

Компания предлагает широкий выбор солнечных модулей для различных вариантов применения.

В Trina Solar говорят, что солнечные модули с выходной мощностью 415Вт (что больше предыдущих рекордов компании в 370Вт) уже сходят с конвейерных линий, однако не говорят, за счёт чего получилось сделать такое увеличение производительности. Вероятно, за счёт двусторонних модулей, так как на сайте компании «чистых» 415-ваттых модулей нет [например, заявляется, что модули DUOMAX twin DEG14C.07(II) могут вырабатывать вплоть до 456Вт, но это, наверное, уж при совсем идеальных условиях отражения — прим. переводчика] .

При этом, в пресс-релизе компания заявила прекрасные показатели эффективности данных модулей:

Увеличение мощности выработки модулей с 370Вт до 415Вт поможет снизить затраты в балансе стоимости системы (BOS) на 4,5% до 8,5% и снизить нормированную стоимость электроэнергии (LCoE) на 2,5% до 4,6%.

Компания использует конструкцию с несколькими контактными коробками (multi-busbar design (MBB)), двойное стекло и половинчатые двухсторонние солнечные элементы [странно, очень похоже на описание серии N-Peak от REC Group, на сайте Trina Solar не нашёл описания подобных модулей — прим. переводчика]
